715 SWANSTON STREET CARLTON
TCB Demolition & Construction Pty Ltd successfully delivered an internal demolition and strip-out project at 715 Swanston Street.
The scope of works included the removal of plasterboard partition walls, existing carpet and vinyl floor coverings, and associated internal fixtures. The project also involved more complex structural elements, including the demolition of stairs using controlled saw cutting methods, removal of existing handrails, and precise saw cutting to the lift shaft to facilitate future modifications.

FRV BRUNSWICK BEDROOM REFURBISHMENT
TCB Demolition & Construction Pty Ltd successfully delivered the internal demolition works for the FRV Brunswick Fire Station Bedroom Refurbishment.
The scope of works included the demolition of existing block walls and the creation of new structural openings within masonry walls to accommodate the refurbishment layout. Additional works involved the removal of carpet and floor finishes, demolition of internal partition walls, and strip-out of associated fixtures and fittings.
Due to site constraints within an operational fire station, all demolition waste was carefully managed and removed via a controlled bin chute system, ensuring safe and efficient material handling with minimal disruption to ongoing emergency services operations.
